Sweet Breads

I love the smell of fresh-baked Zucchini bread or Banana bread!! It fills the whole house with it’s delicious aroma. My mother gave me her recipe for Zucchini bread that I have used since. I also use it for my Banana bread. It is so moist but yet firm. My sister has now put in a standing order for Zucchini bread and Banana bread to be baked for her every month. She is a big fan and they are her favorite go-to for breakfast. Zucchini bread and Banana bread, using my mom’s recipe, freeze very well for up to 3 months. That is, if it lasts that long! It never does in my house. I am now offering it on my menu of baked goods. I just started baking Colossal Cinnamon Rolls, which I will talk about in next posting.
